It is a very difficult task for a retailer who is starting a new, to find a wholesale trader whom he can believe. There are many wholesalers who like formal written agreements, while some who supply products to big brands like it to be kept a secret. The major problem about the whole secrecy business is that you will never get to know where the bigger brands get their quality products. The first thing, if you are starting a retail business is to check the scope of the product you are dealing with. You will have to research, whether you will be able to reap any kind of profit from its business or not, whether you will be able to keep up with the demand of the people after you start off, whether there will be any kind of legal ramifications while dealing with the sale of the product, etc. There are many things to think about, and all of them depend on the fact that you find trustworthy wholesale suppliers. These are the reasons why people tend to venture less into the retail business.
